Always keen for a challenge, Net World Sports employees recently participated in the North West Tough Mudder challenge, with four participants opting to take part in the 5km challenge and an additional eight enthusiastic runners opting to take part in the 10km version of the obstacle course.
One very keen member of the team – Alex Hooson, went the extra mile (well, 15km) and took part in the 15km race on Saturday, before joining the Net World squad for another 10km on Sunday.
Taking place at Cholmondeley Castle Gardens, in Malpas, Cheshire, obstacles included the race’s signature obstacles including “Everest”, “Sewer Rat” and an ice bath known as “Artic Enema“.
This fantastic event provided a great sense of comradery, and encouraged all of the participants to work together as a team, to ensure that they all finished their respective courses.
Already looking forward to next year, and looking to push themselves further and harder, the team are keen looking to recruit more people for 2023 to help build team spirit.
