Competitive functional fitness is coming to North Wales with the introduction of MaxOut UK. MaxOut UK is a new cross-fit style fitness event that will take place in Wrexham on the 19th and 20th August 2023.
This same sex pairs competition will be the first of its kind to come to North Wales, and is expected to be an annual event that hosts 100+ athletes who compete against other pairs through a series of functional fitness stations, completing challenging exercises under timed conditions.
